As VP of Design, I led the redesign of Samco's brand website with a focus on trust, usability, and conversion optimization.

Leadership: Directed a cross-functional design team of 12, including UX designers, visual designers, and researchers.

Strategy: Aligned design vision with business goals, working closely with the CEO, product team, and stakeholders.

Execution Oversight: Guided the end-to-end process from research to wireframes, visual design, and handoff to development.

Design Evangelism: Established a unified design system that became a foundation for Samco's digital identity.

Low Conversion Funnel: Many visitors dropped off before account opening due to unclear navigation and overwhelming information.

Defined information architecture with a clear navigation hierarchy.

Developed a design system: typography, color palette, icons, and UI components.
